Mediation Training
Would you like
to change the way you respond to conflict? And guide
others to work through conflict in
a different manner? This training is
an opportunity to hone the skills
required for successful peacemaking.
Participants
will practice active listening, brainstorming, and reality
checking, handling strong emotions,
guiding negotiations and pacing
difficult conversations.

introduction to the work of Marshall Rosenberg, detailed in his
book, Nonviolent Communication: A
Language of Compassion, participants
will learn and practice an approach to
effective communication that can
be used in any type of relationship.
